AEMS acts as a data processor on behalf of the client educational institution. We only access the student/parent name, registered mobile number, and transactional data (such as fee balances or attendance records) to dispatch automated notifications requested by the school.

3. Opt-In and Consent

• Explicit Consent: Mobile phone numbers are only utilized to send WhatsApp notifications if the parent or student has explicitly provided opt-in consent to the school during the admission process or via the AEMS portal.
• Opt-Out Mechanism: Users can reply with "STOP" or contact their respective school administration at any time to opt out of automated WhatsApp communications.

4. Data Security & Third-Party Sharing

Mark Computers Pvt. Ltd. does not sell, lease, or distribute phone numbers or message content to third-party advertisers. All messages are transmitted securely via official Meta WhatsApp Business API endpoints.
